ABOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION

What is Letters from Slow Days? A monthly postal subscription delivering five curated pieces to your letterbox: two affirmation cards, two reflection prompts, and one small art print. Each month follows a seasonal theme aligned with the Southern Hemisphere.

Who is this for? Career-driven people exploring what it means to be ambitious and rested. Anyone learning that success and slowness can co-exist. You don't need to be "good at" mindfulness — these letters meet you where you are.

What will I actually receive? Each envelope contains five printed pieces on quality card stock, plus bonus items each month. Think of it as correspondence that invites without demanding.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

What if I subscribe mid-month? If you subscribe before the 25th, you'll receive the current month's package (while stocks last) and then be charged on the 25th for the following month. If you subscribe after the 25th, your first package will be the next month's edition, and you'll be charged on the 25th for the month after that.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes, no lock-in contracts. Cancel through your Stripe customer portal or email us at info@slowdays.co.nz. If you cancel before the 25th, you won't be charged for the following month.

Can I pause my subscription? Yes, you can pause for up to 3 months. Just let us know before the 25th of the month and you won't be charged while paused. Your subscription will automatically resume after your pause period ends.

Can I skip a month? Yes, through your Stripe account dashboard. Make sure to skip before the 25th to avoid being charged for that month's package.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How much does it cost? $18 NZD per month. 

When will I be charged? First payment when you subscribe, then on the same date each month.

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my letter arrive? Letters are dispatched in the first week of each month. Within NZ, expect 3-5 business days. 

Do you ship internationally? Not at this stage — Letters from Slow Days ships within New Zealand only. We're a small operation and want to get things right locally before expanding. If you're overseas and interested, get in touch — we'd love to know where our community is.

I need to update my shipping address or payment details: You can update these anytime through your Stripe customer portal. If you're having trouble, just email us and we'll sort it out.

I haven't received my package Please let us know! We'll confirm your address and either ship you a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. If packages are returned to us multiple times without hearing from you, we may need to pause your subscription until we can confirm your details.
